How to choose?

I want to buy a notebook PC recently

And I hesitate that whether I buy it in China or not.

Till now, I have made my decision on Dell 1500

This NB is very cheap for its performance.

it's black, and very firmly, I think I can't change my mind easily.

Maybe I should buy it in Uk.

Oh, yes.

That's a right way.
