It's has been a while since I have my blog activated. To be honest, I had forgotten all about it till my friend told me she found my blog on the site. Fuuny but true!
I usually write something in my language as well, but on a different website. I always thought it's much better to write in my mother tounge language so that I can express better and be able to say what I want to say. Maybe I should write both blogs from now on! It may be a good way of improving my English, I suppose. Well, my main purpose is to write something to remind myself of what I do/did/have done while studying here. It could be nothing, it could be that I moan or nag about something, or it could be about something funny and nonsense. So, if you get bored, I do apologise.
I have been in England for quite sometime now. It will be ten years next month. Yet, my English is going nowhere! Well, ten years in UK taught me lots of thing that I think money cannot buy. I met good friends and people, I had good time and enjoy myself at its best, and amongst other things, I think I have found myself and I know what I really want! I came here when I was seventeen years of age and at that time I didn't know which pathways I had to choose. I guess we all had that experience that once in a lifetime and we had to deal with it 'professionally'.
I remember my mother said to me 'be confident in what you do' and she said 'as time goes by you will cope and make your life interesting and meaningful to lead'. I didn't quite get it what she was telling me then. But I think I now know what she really meant. Life can be tough and mean sometime but we will overcome the problems and we will make it through, just be patient and be strong. Life will not be interesting and meaningful to others if oneself doesn't appreciate what life is!
See ya next time! Have a good holiday!
