Heart-attack inducing stuff!
They've buggered up again! Why am I not surprised. And its taking just as long to sort out as the other problems.
They've basically done some creative accounting by charging me for all my free calls. I just hope they don't mark my credit record for not paying for £200 of stuff I'm not even liable for. I hear o2 have this problem too.

Hmmm, is that true about O2? I got a £55 bill today for a £20/month contract… I didn't think I'd made £35 worth of extra calls (although I had made a few, admittedly.) I'd better check…

They're obviously just charging your for all your handsets, i.e. there's a blatent world shortage of K608s just because of you.

Well given that I'm on a SIM–only contract and still use my old Nokia 3510i, I don't think that applies to me…

LOL I only have 1 handset. Its just that it needs replacing every few months or so!

Vodafone did that with me once, but it was all sorted out… hope yours gets fixed too. =)
