Web of Knowledge and Endnote Web maintenance Sunday July 12th

Please be advised that Thomson Scientific will be performing maintenance this coming Sunday, July 12, which will render EndNote Web, Researcher ID and Personalisation in the ISI Web of Knowledge unavailable to users.

The maintenance will start at 9:00 am and should be complete within an hour.

Web of Knowledge Access Restored

Access to Mimas Services should now be restored, we have just received this message:

Please be advised that all problems with the Mimas ISI Web of Knowledge service web pages due to hardware problems have now been resolved. We do apologise for the interruption and for the inconvenience experienced by our users at the time. Thank you for your patience.

Web of Knowledge Service Problems

We have received this message from MIMAS today - please be advised that there may be access issues with MIMAS services, including Web of Knowledge.

Please accept our apologies, there are problems with the ISI Web of

Knowledge web site at Mimas this morning. The problem is being

investigated as a matter of urgency. We will let you know of of an

expected fix time as soon as we have any further information.
