Welcome Back!
Welcome back to Warwick, we hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
The Main Library is now open again and the Science team back from their breaks.
We are here to take your enquiries by phone or email or you can drop in and see us in our Floor 2 Office in the Main Library.
We will be also starting BioMed Grid enquiry sessions at the Medical School as of tomorrow, at the same times as last term:
Tuesdays 12.30pm - 2.30pm
Thursdays 4pm - 6pm

Subject Support Desk
As part of our re-vamped Enquiry Service there is now a support desk at the top of the orange stairs on Floor 2.
There will be a member of the Subject Teams there between 11am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 11am to 4pm on Fridays to help you with:
- Searching the catalogue
- Finding materials in the Library
- Using e-books
- Searching bibliographic databases
- Access e-resources off campus
- Literature searching skills
- and much more.
Don't forget that you can still email or phone your Subject Team or drop in to the offices and see them (Floor 2 for Science and Arts subjects, Floor 3 for Social Sciences.
We also have subject-specific web pages to support you - click here and select your subject from the drop down menu. Phone numbers and email addresses are also listed on these pages under "Staff Details".

Library Support in the BioMedGrid
Just a quick reminder that on Tuesday lunch times (12.30-2.30) and Thursday afternoons (4-6pm) there will be a member of the Science Team at the top of the stairs in the BioMed Grid at Gibbet Hill to answer your Library enquiries. We can offer help with any of the following,
- accessing the Library
- making Document Supply requests
- using the Library catalogue
- accessing e-journals
- using Medline, Web of Knowledge, ASSIA, Cochrane and any other online resource we support
- book purchase suggestions
- search strategies
- and much more. . . .
