WOOO!
I GOT A 2:1!!!!
Go me.
:)
Goodbye, lovely people. It’s been fun.
Make sure to come see me here and leave some comments so I don’t feel lonely.
It’s been a blast.
Love, Jill (your friendly neighbourhood Exegesis Fairy)
Help.
Less than 24 hours to go.
Meep.
Then…results. Then No More Engineering. Ever. Yay!!
Please give me a nice mark. Thank you!
Adolescent ducklings are, in one sense, really awkward. But they’re so sweet. And really bold!
These fellas came right up demanding bread and tried to eat my camera, my fingers, and the plastic bag!

This one sat up on my knee when I was on the grass:

And this one I nabbed when I was on the bench by Claycroft: a couple of pictures for half a slice of bread:

The Exegesis Fairy is in transition to Blogger at the moment, my fair chickadees.
So, if you want to listen to my latest ramblings, I suggest that you skidaddle to The Exegesis Fairy mark 2 at blogspot.
See you there!
There will be intermittent entries here until the end of term, but after that, it’s goodbye Warwick!
There are lots of reasons. The main one of course being that I wouldn’t want to work for Alan Sugar. I mean, it’s very unlikely that I would ever meet him in day-to-day work, grunt that I am. It’s just that if his organisations are anything like him, they’re…mean. And mercenary, though most organisations are mercenary. But mean.
Seriously, I know he’s at his most bombastic self for the programmes, but he’s not a real ‘soft skills’ kind of fella.
Fantastically…financially successful, and more power if that’s what he wants in life, but…
Well, I just don’t love money enough to be on The Apprentice. I don’t like people frightening me into working with them. I don’t like team working out of fear.
That’s why I really liked Lucinda. Ok, so she was zany and it was evident a mile off that she wouldn’t fit neatly into one of Sralan’s organisations. But she was fun. And she was good management, even if her visible teamwork was a bit lacking.
I also liked that she added a bit of colour to proceedings. Ok, the clashing berets were a bit much, but hey, this was lovely:

And now she has a really nice hairdo too!

I salute you, Lucinda, even if you got bullied and cried a lot. Next time employ Voice of Steel (practice first) and you’ll get by just fine.
Also: Don’t worry, you made it further than Michael.
So…
I finished my exams.
And my Grandad died on Tuesday.
Which I found out this afternoon.
This pretty much sucks. Though it wasn’t really a surprise.
Anyway, no more exams. Good.
Sigh. I need sleep.
It does. That said, only seven days to go until my exams are over. Yay!
Two exams in that time, so…it’ll be ok.
Probably.
And it’s my birthday and everything tomorrow. So after exams I will have lots of book tokens to spend.
I’m now going back to work.
Really, I am.
Only a little more.
Sorry Matt, I lost your email address.
Oh, and for everyone else…

More ducklings.
Aww, look how sweet!
Campus is almost nauseatingly cute at this time of year, you know.
So: goslings

And ducklings (lots of ducklings)

And general cuteness all around!

Aww.
