I'm So Tired

If you keep saying ‘I’m so tired’ all the time – try putting in place a napping programme to see if it helps…!!

There’s an EnergyPod at warwick at each of the main University Areas which can help you get a good 20 mins of really relaxing sleep in the day.

EnergyPods (Sleep Pods) installed at Warwick!!!

Thanks to ME.. We now have a nice place to sleep and nap on campus!

The Warwick EnergyPods have been installed in the Learning Grid, Biomed Grid and a special one for PhD Researchers at the Wolfson Research Exchange.

An EnergyPod, fact fans, is a device that makes daytime sleeping or ‘napping’ more effective – so that you recover from mental and physical fatigue quicker. More instructions and info are available at www.go.warwick.ac.uk/energypods

Seriously there is loads of evidence that napping helps performance – to see more look at the pages above.

Mind you above all else its a cool experience to get a bit of nice managed kip in the day. I know I’ll be on them!
