I think that it’s important to keep in mind that this is writer in the very twilight of her writing, and that a peak is yet to be reached, and what a peak it shall be. For such a piece of literature to be written, commended and published at such an age, is firstly very refreshing and secondly it has undoubtedly blown readers away. For a true writer, it is about the passion and feeling of accomplishment, and although I can imagine that the money is a great bonus, it is clear to me that this kind of writing comes from the passion inside of her. I look forward to reading all future publications that this tremendous author decides to grace us with next. I strongly recommend her poetry as well as her stories, they are all equally or more compelling and inspiring as this short story is. It was a well deserved win.
