I was there!
I was one of the stewards and so was paid to see the whole thing. God it was so wonderful, and I met Julain afterwards. Seriously … how sexy? Though there was such a scary noisey looking crowd I barely summoned the courage to ask for an autograph, ugh but I did though. And a photo.
I'm in love!

I saw the second of their three (?) shows here, at the tail-end of February.
I think they work so much better live than on TV, but then I guess that is where it all started out. When Noel was chased by the rapist rabbit at half-time, he ran close enough to me to temporarily blind me with the glare from his glitterball catsuit.
You're lucky, that is the closest I've got to hobnobbing with the stars, apart from meeting one of the Proclaimers at a service station. The one with the glasses and the accent.

yep, noel and julian were lovely, and i totally got vibes off rich. he's a cool cat.
if anyone's interested, you can get tickets for what is expected to be the last date of the tour, 22nd april, from 10am today. whee.

Nah, I was the over excited curly haired girl at door 3. I felt so bad for the rest of the stewards! None of them had ever heard of the Boosh and were just terrified at the prospect of dealing with a massive sell out show in a hall that size. I had a brilliant time though – even got to nab one of the paper aeroplanes they were throwing around after the end of the show (and get Julian to sign it!).
