Banoffee Pie

So that I don't lose it, I now reproduce Vera's recipe for Banoffee Pie.

Base:
Crushed biscuits (Half a large pack of plain chocolate digestives).
Melted butter. 100g.
Mix. Press into tin.

Top:
2×200g (? small tins) tins of Nestle Condensed Millk
2 bananas
Cream – whipped
Boil the cans in water (not pierced) for 2 hours. Always keep completely covered with water. Use and old saucepan.
Slice banana over base. Spread toffee on top. Add whipped cream.

Use 7 inch tin.
Feeds 8 people.
