Multi task

Here we go...

The idea is the following...

An advertising/branding/graphics agency based in Birmingham. What's the USP? The agency doesn't really have any employees. Only me (as creative director and co-ordinator), an accountant, an interviewer (human resources), a computer programmer(for the website) and a receptionist.

The agency undertakes some projects and hires ppl to work only for a specific project each time - for a specific amount of money (50-60%). These ppl will be either interns, freelancers, inexperienced, or even ppl who want a second salary...

If it's an easy job - like to create a web page, the freelancer can do it home and receive the 60% of the project's money, otherwise if he wants to come and work in our place he will receive 50%. If it's a job that needs more ppl, they will come to work in our space. For this reason we need a big multi-tasked space in a cheap area..

We also need computers, software, offices...

The website of the company is very important because it will be updated daily and we'll upload the new projects. The applicants can send a CV and if we decide they are the right ones for this job, we will contact to arrange an interview.

If the company does well, we can hire more creative directors to help the teams work well.

In order to make the company known, we 'll contact universities and relevant departments (like our program), but also send emails to companies...

I'll update my idea when something has been added or changed...
